Refunds & Returns

Thank you for your purchase from Onje’Onjem. We hope you are delighted with your order. However, please note that we have a zero refund policy unless there are extenuating circumstances. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for store credit or an exchange. All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the purchase date and should be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To initiate a return, please email our customer service at OnjeOnjem@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase and any necessary paperwork, and mail it to the address provided at the time of RMA processing. Please be aware that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 business days from the receipt of your item for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including soaps, creams, and hygiene-related products, especially if their original packaging has been opened. For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange; a detailed description of the damage, along with time-stamped photo proof, will be required.
Please note that a 30% restocking fee will be charged for all returns exceeding $100, and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, please reach out to us at 912-990-1767.
